Shipping
Orders received before 11:30 a.m. Monday to Friday are usually processed on the same working day and dispatched on the following working day. You can always find the current delivery time on our product pages.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email, which also includes your tracking number. You can use this to trace your package at any time.
We do ship worldwide. Our shipping costs and times vary depending on your country. You can find a list of shipping costs and standard delivery times in the table below.
- Germany / € 4,95 / 1-3 days
- Europe / € 6,95 / 2-5 days
- Switzerland / € 6.95 / 3-6 days
- World / € 15,00 / 3-8 days
*Since we make most of the items for you by hand, delivery times may take longer if there are high volumes of orders. You can always find the currently valid delivery times on the product page. Personalized items are excluded from the regular delivery times - the delivery time here is up to 10 working days more.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (particularly the UK), import duties and taxes may apply. These additional charges are to be borne by the recipient of the goods and will not be reimbursed by us. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before ordering.
A notice: For deliveries outside the EU, it is possible to refund the German VAT of 19% after receipt of the shipment. Please send us an email as soon as you have received your order and we will take care of it.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return policy.
Proceed:
- Register your return with us (using the button above).
- Send the goods back to us.
- As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days or send you your exchange items.
All items can be returned or exchanged for another item within 30 days of receipt.
The returned items must be unworn. If possible, we ask you to use your original packaging for the return.

Please note: As a small manufactory, we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns. You can receive a DHL returns label for Germany (€6.99) from us or send the items back to us yourself.
