Unfortunately, we cannot offer a guarantee for everyday signs of wear such as scratches, oxidation or accidents. In these cases, however, we are happy to help you with our repair service and are sure to find a suitable solution.
We have a repair service for all our products, where we will completely reknot your mala once, replace any lost stones and then send the necklace back to you well packaged.
All our products come with a 1-year guarantee. During this time, we will be happy to repair your mala for you free of charge.
If your product is older than one year, the following prices apply:
Mala necklace - 35€ (plus shipping costs)
Mala bracelet - 12,50€ (plus shipping costs)
